Jenn is a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor seeing clients via telehealth. Jenn provides services in Spanish and English.

Diving into the world of parenting can feel like stepping into the great unknown and I aim to support you as you navigate the challenges and questions that are so often a part of the parenthood journey questions like, “Am I doing this right?” or “Will I ever feel like myself again?” Whether you are a new parent, expecting a child, or struggling to conceive, we will work together to process all the emotions that accompany these significant transitions. Though you may feel overwhelmed or isolated during this chapter of your life, you don’t have to go through it alone. In our sessions, I will support you in developing and strengthening healthy coping skills on the road back to yourself.

In addition to working with individuals exploring issues related to parenthood and fertility, I’m also passionate about body image concerns, self-compassion, disordered eating, and anxiety. I enjoy working with both adults and adolescents and, as a bilingual therapist, am happy to conduct sessions in English or Spanish.

In our work together, you will find a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe talking about your authentic experience. I use evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Interventions to help clients build a deeper understanding of themselves and develop the tools necessary to grow.
