Lauren is a clinical intern who sees clients at our Chicago Lakeview office, as well as via telehealth.
Hi, my name is Lauren! It’s so nice to meet you. ☺️ I am a Master’s level Social Worker where I see clients in the Lakeview office. As a therapist, I value creating a safe and comfortable space to learn about individuals and their authentic experiences, no matter how big or small. Outside of the office, I enjoy moving my body through yoga, pilates, and various sports! I love spending quality time with others, being in nature and making new connections along my personal journey.
In efforts to help you live a life that is most fulfilling to you, I believe that understanding who you are at your core, connecting to emotions, and navigating both dreams and fears is something you don’t have to do alone. Through mindfulness practices, CBT interventions and other holistic approaches my aim is to help you discover strength, build esteem and identify the tools within yourself to thrive.
Clinically, I am experienced in working with individuals who are navigating challenges with anxiety, depression, body image, self-esteem, relationships, PTSD and other trauma related concerns. I am passionate about supporting people as they navigate life transitions, personal growth and development, career, and creativity. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. My style as a therapist reflects my down-to-earth personality and empathetic nature while I take on a non-judgemental attitude to ensure that individuals feel valued, respected, and listened to. I wholeheartedly believe that the greatest gift of my position is having a front row seat to your growth and transformation.
