Maggie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Drama Therapist who sees clients via telehealth.

It’s easy to feel like you’re failing at creating the life you want, or that there’s something wrong with you, when you don’t have the support you need.

Most people come up against situations in life that are too difficult to deal with alone. And sometimes worries or depression can become obstacles to living a full, satisfying life. Talking with someone you can connect with can often help.

I help clients focus on what they want from our work and what they need to do to get there. My goal is to create a space for you where you are comfortable enough to explore; where you can feel safe, grounded, with a sense of choice; where you can learn to trust in taking chances and moving in new directions.

My approach is more mind/body-based than many therapists. In addition to talk therapy techniques like ACT and DBT, clients have the optional opportunity to incorporate mindfulness, drama therapy, or expressive arts therapy techniques to help experience changes at a deeper level.

You deserve to live a life you can enjoy, to feel loved in your close relationships, and to feel a sense of belonging.

That’s why I hope you’ll take the first step by scheduling a free 15 minute phone consultation.

I look forward to hearing from you.
