When is the right time to call for back up?

It can be overwhelming to realize that a bad habit is more than just a habit, certain unpleasant thoughts are too frequent and intrusive, or that a relationship seems beyond repair. That moment of honesty can bring on incredible feelings of loneliness and fear, but it can also feel empowering to walk straight into a storm, especially when you’ve got back up.
