I’ve heard of a Life Coach before, but not a Wellness Coach. Can you tell me more about what a Wellness Coach does?

A wellness coach partners with and supports clients seeking to enhance their sense of well-being. The wellness coach helps empower clients to develop and achieve self-determined wellness related goals. Wellness coaches honor that clients are the experts of their own lives and help clients use their self-knowledge and strengths to move towards what is important to them.
